Can lyrica (pregabalin) cause liver or kidney damage?

Unlikely: Lyrica (aka pregabalin) is not usually associated with liver/kidney damage. In case of kidneys, many drugs can cause idiosyncratic /allergic reactions and damage kidney. Simply stopping the medicine may help to determine if this is the case. It does accumulate in kidney failure patients, and so should be used with caution or not at all in this group
