How can the radiologist tell if you have mild facet joint arthropathy on a ct scan?

CT scan is best: Ct scanning is the best way to delineate bony pathology/anatomy anywhere in the body at this time. It allows a radiologist the ability to look at the bones and joints in 3 d, so it is more sensitive than a 2 d xray in picking up even the most mild abnormality.
