See below: It is an air filled cavity that most people do not have inside the nose. It is a likely cause of nasal obstruction and is easy to fix if needed. Most ENT surgeons do this in the or, however, some like myself, perform it under local anesthesia in the office. It is not painful and takes less than 5 minutes.
