Its been 4 days since my colonoscopy why does my anus still hurts.i can't sit or walk its so painful, i am constantly on heating pad its only help ?

Rectal pain: There are a couple of possibilities. One could be irritation of your hemorrhoids and/or an anal fissure from the prep or scope itself. Warm tub soaks and over the counter anal cream with 1% Hydrocortisone up inside twice a day for 7 days should help. If that doesn't suffice or if it gets worse, see your doctor.
