I feel painless clicking in my chest area when i move my right arm although i can't pinpoint where, what could this be?

When: Your moving your arm, your likely recruiting joints and ligaments around and in your shoulder. A click could arise from friction of an osteophyte or calcification as it passes through it motion. Orthopedic can help you find specific reason.

Joint or tendon: Joints can make noise when they move. Muscle tendons that cross a prominence can snap as they pass by. If it is painless, you can probably ignore it. See your doctor if there is pain or you notice a lump or bump that is enlarging.
