Many things can: Many things can cause pain in that area. Sinus disease, arthritis, tmj, nerve injury, migraine head aches and generalized cephalgias (head aches), dental abscesses, general abscesses, cellulitis, etc etc. To name a few. Best to get eval to see what you have causing your pains. Good luck.
