Testing too soon: You very well may be pregnant, but it surely sounds like you are testing too soon to have a valid test. Ideally you do not test until you are fourteen days post sexual encounter and have missed or had a delay in your expected period. Eight days after ovulation has never been a day recommended for pregnancy testing.
