Dry eyes: Try artificial tears often. Review your medicines for side effects. Take vitamin a. Check for sjogren syndrome ( autoimmune disorder ). If no better consult your ophtalmologist.

Dry eyes: The eyes dry our more rapidly with concentration (i.e. Computer work or reading). Use artificial tears and oral vitamins supplements (omega - 3's, flax seed oils, and anti-oxidants). Follow up with eye specialist if not improving after 3 months.
