More like infection: Kidney stones usually cause pain or no symptoms at all. Infection in the urethra (tube coming from bladder to outside) or vagina cause this type of discomfort. Get a clinic to check you so you don't have to suffer. Also use protection for sex because some of these infections could be contagious.
