Numbness/tingling: Numbness and tingling can be part of the cluster headache picture especially if those coincide with the onset of pain. Another possible explanation is trigeminal neuralgia given the distribution of the pain above the eye and in the left side of the face.

Cluster: Sometimes sensory symptoms may be associated with cluster headaches. Speak to your neurologist and she may do an objective assessment as well.
