Probaly Pruritus ani: The commonest cause of itchy rash in the anal area is pruritus ani. That is basically irritation of the skin due to wiping and can also develop yeast infection. Thoroughly wash the bottom with soap and water after using the toilet. Dry the area using a soft towel. Do not wipe. If this does not help in few days, see your pcp for inspection. Herpes is usually painful.
