Vaginal discharge: There are many reasons for persistent vaginal discharge including chronic low grade infection, indwelling foreign body. , discharges that patients claim "never go away" are likely to be bacterial vaginosis, but if this is purely subjective and not appreciated by others it may not be pathologic.
