SIJ belt: In some women pregnancy stresses the sacroiliac joint(s) (sij) leading to these types of symptoms, due to an hormone "relaxin" released, causing ligament softening to prepare pelvis birth canal for birthing. Can be painful like sciatica. A sij belt (boa.Com) can be helpful (after the work and published peer reviewed studies of andry vlemming). See your obstetrician.

See your doctor: A headache late in pregnancy needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Your blood pressure needs to be checked to rule out a common disease called preeclampsia.
