Labial adhesions: This condition is not as uncommon as one might think. Sometimes some very gentle tension will ease it apart, but that can be uncomfortable. Alternatively, Progesterone cream can be applied to the area with a q-tip daily, and in about 1 month this will cause the adhesions to come apart and everything will be normal. The cream is Premarin (conjugated estrogens) and you need a prescription for that from doctor.
