Too high: During pregnancy, it is important to keep blood sugar levels as close to normal as possible. From the american diabetes association: "fasting blood glucose should be 95 mg/dl or less and one hour after a meal, glucose levels should be 140 mg/dl or less. Two hours after a meal, blood glucose levels should be 120 mg/dl or less.

Too high: As a diabetic, you should strive for good bloodsugar. Goal is between 95-105 first thing in the morning - before your first meal. 140 or less 1hour after eating. 120 or less 2 hours after eating. Your doctor may have different standards but this is a good general rule.

Depends: What your level should be depends on when you took it. The ideal for your sugar before you eat in the morning is about 90. 2 hours after meals should be less than 120 and one hour after a meal should be 130. If you are talking about the screening for gestational diabetes (a one hour glucose tolerance test) then cut off is 130-140 for normal.
