Hi - I am 34 and been having random patchy goosebumps appear on my left thigh that come and go. I am not cold when they appear and its local to one spot on my leg. Every now and again I will get them on my arm. What is the cause for this?
I get hot/warm then cold with goose bumps, lower half of legs very ache, these symptoms have greatly increased to daily, problem sleeping.
About three times a day I get a warm feeling down my leg like a peed myself but nothing there. It just feels weird. Any clue why?
