Hi - I am 34 and been having random patchy goosebumps appear on my left thigh that come and go. I am not cold when they appear and its local to one spot on my leg. Every now and again I will get them on my arm. What is the cause for this?
I get hot/warm then cold with goose bumps, lower half of legs very ache, these symptoms have greatly increased to daily, problem sleeping.
About three times a day I get a warm feeling down my leg like a peed myself but nothing there. It just feels weird. Any clue why?
My left leg below the knee, on the left side keeps going cold.......Even when i rub it or cover it with blankets it doesn't get warm.
Occasional warm feeling going down the back of my left thigh. Feels like warm water going over it. Only last for a few seconds. Happens a few times ?
