Thrombosed vein...: Without getting detailed history, seeing and palpating it, i would hesitate to give a definite advice. But based on what you described, what you have may be a local thrombophlebitis of the vein in the penis, which usually resolved in time. Meanwhile, avoid any local physical irritation until it resolves. Of course, if not progressively resolved, check with a local expert.
