MRI is not a diagnos: Spinal mris are massively over-ordered and over-read. Someone with no neck pain is just as likely to have these MRI findings. Good doctors make the diagnosis from your story, and from doing a careful physical exam. You need to see a good doctor who knows when to order an MRI and when not to - one who can actually give you a diagnosis the old-fashioned (correct) way. And treat you correctly!
