No reason to panic: If you had not been injured and as long as you don't feel pain, numbness or weakness in your arm or neck, there is probably nothing serious going on. It is impossible though to diagnose conditions from the limited information and without performing a physical examination. It does not sound like an emergency, yet visit a medical professional, when you have a chance.
