May help: However, it is not strong enough for cystic acne. This almost always requires isotretinoin. I hope that if you're offered this, you'll consider using it. It's not for the faint-hearted, but you owe it to yourself to be rid of your cystic acne for the several months or years that a course of rx will give you.
