A 25-year-old male asked:
Is it possible to have a sinus infection or sinus pressure without having a runny nose/ clogged nose?

Yes: The infection could be present without nasal discharge if enough blockage is present in the sinus outlets or nasal passages. This would usually cause discomfort in the area of the infected sinus and result in forehead or cheek pressure/pain.
