Biopsy report: severely dysplastic keratinizing squamous cells. does it mean that there is a cancerous growth?

You have a second lesion that is probably going to turn into frank cancer if it isn't already. If you are smoking or chewing tobacco, you must stop now. And this lesion must be treated. Period.
