NO: Unless you have preexisting undetected small hernia which may get may get bigger, or weak area in abdominal wall with impending hernia formatiom, may give away and develop into hernia. If you get injured during dancing may tare the muscle wall and form hernia.

Not likely: A hernia is usually an inherited weakness in the abdominal wall. It is possible that physical activity makes this area more prominent or larger and symptomatic. Hernias are also acquired after surgical procedures due to a weakness as a result of the incision.
