Benzoylperoxide wash: First try a benzoyle peroxide wash. In addition, make sure that you are using a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. Antiperspirants block the sweat glands and this may be what causes your pimples. If this doesn't help, then you should see a dermatologist to get stronger medication.
