Yes: There are only a few reasons not to get vaccines. Information is available here: http://www.Cdc.Gov/vaccines/pubs/vis/default.Htm in brief, children with a severe egg allergy should not get the flu vaccine, children with immune deficiency or immune suppression should not receive live vaccines, and do not vaccinate during a severe infection or high fever.
