Question unclear: I don't completely understand your question. Usual guidelines before general anesthesia: clear liquids up to 2 hours before, and light solid food (such as toast) up to 6 hours before. No food after midnight in the case of an early morning procedure. Are you planning to exercise before your procedure? That might not be a good plan, as you would need more hydration/calories.

Nothing to eat/drink: No solid food 6 hours before procedure. Only clear liquids 3 hours before procedure, however, i would not drink 6 hours before procedure just to be safe.
