My son is almost 17 mo. Since 3-4 mo he developed itchy red blotches and scaly rough feet. Also itchy sometimes leaky eyes. Doc said severe eczema then coxsackie virus. He takes hydroxyzine syrup, hydrocortisone and bethamasone cream. Any ideas?
