What is the difference between neurologic muscle weakness and metabolic muscular weakness?

Different cells hit: Neurologic muscle weakness is due to any disorder of the nerves activating muscles that causes weakness. Metabolic muscle weaknees is due to a disorder, usually of the muscle cells themselves, that leads to incomplete/inappropriate use of "fuel" conversion into energy by the muscle cells.
