???: I assume that htp means home pregnancy test, although it's usually written hpt. If the blood test is positive, that suggests that the urine test is done on dilute urine. If you haven't had bleeding, then you're likely pregnant, but it will be a miscarriage, since the HCG should be very high, but apparently is not.
