I am ovulating & have pain for 3 days. i have been to the local dr & she said i have cysts, could i be pregnant or would the cysts be causing pain?

Both: Cysts can definitely cause pain. But you could have also conceived. It is too soon to see a positive pregnancy test. You'll have to wait a couple of weeks after ovulation/conception for that. But in the meantime, it's possible that your cysts will resolve by themselves. If the pain is unbearable, then go back to the doctor sooner.
