1-2: Sperm can live for up to around 72 hours in the female reproductive tract. 5-6 days is pushing it, so if you want to conceive, definitely 1-2 days. For a typical woman, most fertile days are days 9-14 with day #1 being the first day of her menstrual cycle/bleeding. Good luck!
