Gas bubbles?: The intestines, or 'guts', believe it or not are actually moving. They call this 'peristalsis' in medical terms. Sometimes we can feel it, especially if the 'good bacteria' in our guts are producing lots of gas - say from some delicious food (for them!) like cabbage or milk products. Then, these bubbles can merge and 'float' around, giving the sensation of movement. Things are actually moving!
