Post Miscarriage: You can begin or resume your sexual activity when ever you feel it is time and i would only caution you if there is any pain. Now, that said, the bigger worry for me and many who care for humans in medicine is the emotional cost of losing a pregnancy and when to attempt to get pregnant again. Often times grieving is part of the journey after a miscarriage and protecting against pregnancy is wise.
