I took citotec for an abortion but i only bleed once i went to see a doctor they told me i probably have a miscarriage iis it possible?

I assume your doc: Did an ultrasound, cause that will show if there is any tissue left inside the uterus or not , if the cytoctec didn't remove everything then u need a D&C which we usually do in the office.
