I assume your doc: Did an ultrasound, cause that will show if there is any tissue left inside the uterus or not , if the cytoctec didn't remove everything then u need a D&C which we usually do in the office.

See below: If you only took Cytotec (misoprostol) - you should also have been given Mifepristone - so you need to follow the HCG levels to zero.
