Pregnancy Testing: Yes, of course. But, if you get a negative test you will not know if it is valid or not and will then want to do another test, which will cost money. Your choice, but you only have three more days to wait.

After missed period: It is better to wait 4-5 days after a missed period to do pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully.
