Variable: Ideal weight incorporates age as well as height at any age. If figured using body mass index on an 18 yo it would be at 117 lb (106-129). If done using growth charts and age the range is similar from 11-20.

Varies: At a height of 5'2", a weight of between 101 and 136 lbs will give you a normal body mass index (bmi) of between 18.5 and 25. However, this number does not account completely for other factors like skeletal frame and muscle mass. People with large frames and high muscle mass will have higher bmis that are normal, and therefore can weigh more.

ideal weight: A bmi (body mass index) in the low 20's is desirable/ideal. Using a bmi chart 120-125lbs would give you a bmi of about 22 which is very good. At 140lbs you would be near 25 which is considered overweight. Of course everyone is different and people can have very different builds and bone structure. Hope this was helpful.
