Hello, not sure when i conceived, but after an er visit, my hcg was 318 on jan5th then 1033 on jan7th. about how far along am i?

Hard to tell: The best way to tell how far along you are is to get an ultrasound. Though the HCG levels rise quickly once a woman conceives, there is huge variation between the HCG number and how many weeks a woman is. With first HCG 318 on jan 5th, i'm guessing you conceived around jan 1, which would make you about 8 weeks along now. But get an ultrasound.

Approx 10 weeks: If your level was around 1000 on jan 7th, then at that point you were about 5 weeks along (and this is an approximation). Looking at a calendar, i'd say you're about 10 weeks now (feb 12). Remember, the convention is "menstrual weeks", assuming a 28 day cycle. So if we say you are 10 weeks along, that is actually 8 weeks since conception.
