Wisdom tooth extract: Some minor pain is common during healing but bleeding is not. See the ora surgeon or dentist that did your extractions about this. They know you and can answer your concerns.

It is not normal: Pain and swelling following dental extraction is usually at its worst 24 – 48 hours after surgery, after that it should subside more and more every day and after 7 days stop. Pain and bleeding after 2 weeks is not normal and it require attention. Rec.: call your dentist or oral surgeon for follow up evaluation to prevent future complications.
