Could be a problem: The lunate only gets "stuck" if there has been a severe injury to the ligaments that keep it in place. This would need to be corrected surgically. You need to see a hand surgeon to get a proper examination. If your therapist is skilled enough to diagnose a lunate problem, he or she should be able to refer you to a good hand surgeon as well.
