Relax: Give it time. Acne scars result from inflamation deep in the skin, worse if not drained, worse if prolonged. Not due to squeezing. If you have significant acne a dermatologist can help.Tretinoin or adapalen can smoothe your skin. The peel will also help. You may need a pill for best result. Meanwhile realize that a tiny pit is not ugly. If you are too perfect your friends will hate you.

Depends: If you created what is known as an ice pick or boxcar scar, it is unlikely to heal without proper intervention. Dermal fillers or fractionated laser will be your best bet. Please see a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon that specializes in these treatment modalities.
