A member asked:

How can i tell if my occasional diarrhea is from working in childcare, or from an allergy of some sort. ?

Hard to do: Specialty labs can identify viruses in stool, but it is pricey & requires samples. Blood tests can identify many of the common food you could be reacting to. Gluten sensitivity produces diarrhea & this can also be sorted out with blood tests. Of the things you could control, the food sensitivity issue is the one I would look into.
