Lanolin : Lanolin is the best thing for cracked nipples. It is safe for the baby to eat even right after you apply the cream. Put the cream on your nipples after every feeding and you should see improvement pretty quickly. It can also help to express some breast milk and rub that into the skin on your nipples, but lanolin will work a little better. It's available in any store that has breastfeeding supplies.
