Antifungal ear drops: Plain tablei vinegar can act as a fungicide. Claritin (loratadine) was prescribed as an antihistamine to dry the childs nose.

Yes: But you will need to see your doctor to get it. Claritin (loratadine) does not work on infection of any kind. There may be some otc Acetic Acid -containing ear drops which may help.
