Probably not: Given the scenario you have described, it would be near impossible for a woman to conceive with her pants on. However if she had to undress to get in the shower, and sperm rolled off of her abdomen and into her vulva before she had a chance to rinse it off, then i suppose anything is possible. But i would call that a miracle.
