Self monitoring: Some studies show relationship between testicular microlithiasis and testicular cancer. Studies of healthy men with no symptoms show testicular microlithiasis much more common than testicular cancer. As result, researchers believe that testicular microlithiasis unlikely to increase risk in otherwise healthy men. Other risk factors such as undescended testes. Recommend regular self palpation.
