Probably not.: Over-the-counter pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are most accurate if you wait at least 14 days after conception. If it is been that long since your last episode of intercourse, and you have a negative test, then you should make an appointment to see your doctor to look for other reasons why your periods are irregular.
