Cooked is healthy: Spinach does contain lots of oxalates but only possible negative effect is that it interferes with calcium absorption from the bowel. Thus would not consume raw spinach every day, but 3x/week or less should be fine. Cooked spinach can be eaten evry day ; is good 4u. Oxalate will not hurt your organs like glass. Your source is unreliable.
