Highly unlikely: Glycerin is not known to be a contact allergen . The most pertinent test is whether you have an adverse reaction to it or not. If you use it and note no problem, use it as long as it works for you. Reaction to cosmetics is more likely to the fragrance and whatever else is added and not the glycerin.
