Yes: Vitamin k, copper, manganese, zinc, and maybe strontium are all important in the formation of strong bones. Estrogen is also important, so be sure you are not estrogen deficient. Exercise is critical to bone density, so i wonder if there is some way that you could incorporate exercise? A physical therapist could help. Have you heard of a vibration platform?
