Dermatitis: Sounds like you originally developed a contact dermatitis from the irritant shampoo. First step in treatment was to stop and avoid the shampoo, which you did i suppose. Then treatment would involve medication to decrease the inflammatory reaction like steroids possibly. A dermatologist would be best to examine you, and determine what rx would be best to treat the issue, good luck.
